The pool area is completely south facing meaning that it gets sunshine all day and all year round.  

The pool area also overlooks beautiful conservation land so there are no rear neighbours. For shade the lanai extends the full width of the villa.  There are four sun loungers and a table and chairs for six people.  

Beach towels are provided so no need to bring your own.  

The pool is 15ft x 30ft and has a Jacuzzi spa (pool/spa heat available at extra cost).  There is also a pool safety fence, to ensure children can’t access the pool unattended.
