Above rates are inclusive of all taxes.
* Non refundable deposit of £200/$300 is required to confirm booking.
* Until booking is confirmed by payment of deposit - rates are subject to change without notice.
* £200/$300 refundable security deposit will be required.
* Pool/spa heat is recommended from October to April inclusive.
* Minimum 5 day rental. Rentals less than 7 days will incur a cleaning charge.
* Christmas has a 10 day minimum rental period.
* Any stay which includes Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or New Years eve will incur Peak Season rates for duration of stay
